Another fin for Surfrider Foundation - Long Beach

Hey all, heres a fin I painted recently for the Long Beach chapter of Surfrider...nice to do something for a good reason every once in a while. My grandmother used to vacation in Long Beach and talks about its glory days. I was born in Long Beach, long after the breakwater was built and officially thrashed the coastline. I Saw the Letter I

Paper Pushers - Gallery 1988 SF

This is one of the pieces I'm putting in the show at the end of october at Gallery 1988. Its a lot tighter than I usually draw but its fun to change it up sometimes. this is from an older drawing. The head is from the kids book I illustrated a couple years back and the body is from some other painting...anyway here it is.
