Starting a new piece

This is a 6 X 4 foot panel I've been working on....its in its beginning stages but I always thought it was cool to see the metamorphosis of a painting. I'll try and take a snapshot every once in a while and post it until its done.

Heres another recent piece...I've got one more of these in my brain and then this little series will be done and I'm moving on to paint wooden cubes and larger scale panels that I got recently. Looking forward to wrestling those for the rest of the summer and fall...

Recently Finished

I was reminded recently that I have not posted in ages...too busy. But heres the first in a series of pieces that are going to focus on family roles, friends etc. It'll be a good take off point for some new work I think. Anyway here it is...
